I was commissioned for eight weeks to conduct research for a scholarly article to be written by Sean McWeeney, KC, in The Bahamas, on the whereabouts of Madison Washington. Madison Washington was a slave who was the leader of the Creole slave ship revolt in 1841, one of the largest slave revolts in recorded history.
